How to add Davis-Bacon certificates
Go to RAPIDS to issue a Davis-Bacon certificate for each apprentice
Download the certificate
In Apprentix, select the appropriate apprenticeship and go to Documents
Click on the Davis-Bacon tab and click the Add button
In the popup, select the apprentice's name from the drop-down menu
If the apprentice isn't listed, then you will need to add the apprentice to Apprentix first
Upload the certificate file
Select the Requested Date and Renewal Date which are listed in RAPIDS
Select the Reminder Date to be sent a reminder in the Apprentix app and via email notification
Click the Add button to save and you will see it displayed in the table
You can click on the hyperlinked filed name in order to view the certificate
How to renew a Davis-Bacon certificate?
When you select a Reminder Date, All Admins of that apprenticeship will receive a notification via email and in the app.
Log into RAPIDS and select the apprentice whose Davis-Bacon certificate you'd like to renew.
Click the buttons in RAPIDS to renew the certificate and download the new one once available.
Go to the appropriate apprenticeship in Apprentix, go to Documents, and create a new record by clicking the Add button. Proceed through the steps listed above.
By setting a new Reminder Date, you are all set for the next time this certificate needs to be renewed.
Note: When an apprentice completes or is cancelled from an apprenticeship, their Reminder Date notifications will also be cancelled.
