Why is my subscription showing 'inactive'?

If you log in to Apprentix and receive a message saying your subscription is inactive, it's likely due to a past due invoice or a suspended account.

If you have an invoice that is past due, your subscription is automatically paused until it's paid. Once paid, the subscription automatically turns 'active' and you'll be able to access your account again.

If you requested to suspend your account temporarily, then the subscription is 'inactive' while we retain your data rather than deleting it, which is what occurs upon a cancelled subscription.
