The Department of Labor will be closed from December 19, 2025 through January 6, 2026. During this time, all new registrations will remain in a pending status and no new Davis-Bacon certificates can be issued.
Once the Dept. of Labor reopens and processes the pending registrations, we will be able to issue new Davis-Bacon certificates at that time.
The apprentice start date will not be affected so for example, if we submitted an apprentice to be registered on Dec. 21st and it's not approved till Jan. 6th, the start date on the Davis-Bacon certificate will still say Dec. 21st.
