There is a bug in the document generator plugin that we use to sign apprenticeship agreements. If you are seeing this notification when trying to digitally sign the agreement, please know that we have reported this to the provider of the document generator and they are working on a fix. We will notify you once the fix is available.
Once the bug is fixed, the apprentice start date will go back up to 45 days, depending on the start date you selected. This means that even though the apprentice agreements cannot be signed right now, once they are, your apprentices will be registered as of the apprentice start date. So you can have the apprentices working now and get credit for previous work up to 45 days.
