From the Manage Portal
Go to Performance Tools > Feedback
Click on “New” in the top right corner
Select the Apprentice from the Dropdown menu
Enter feedback in the text box.
Click to Save
Sharing Feedback
By default, feedback is private, meaning that apprentices will not be able to see the feedback given to them. However, you can choose to make feedback public. To do this, select the "Share this assessment with" checkbox when giving feedback. If feedback is shared with an apprentice, they will receive an email notification.
Filtering Feedback
You can filter feedback by the apprentice's name, the name of the person who provided feedback, the date range, and whether or not the feedback is shared. To filter feedback, follow these steps:
Go to the Feedback tab.
Click on the Filter button.
In the Filter by section, select the criteria that you want to filter by.
Click on the Update button.
The feedback will now be filtered according to the criteria that you selected.
Editing or Deleting Feedback
You can edit or delete existing feedback. To edit or delete feedback, follow these steps:
Go to the Feedback tab.
Click on the button with three dots next to the feedback that you want to edit or delete.
Make the necessary changes after clicking Edit or click on the Delete button to delete the feedback.
Note: The text box does not allow text formatting or hyperlinks, but you may insert full links and the Apprentice will be able to copy and paste. You may also use emojis in Windows using [Windows Key] + [ . ]
