How to add admins for multiple organizations
If you’re managing apprenticeships on behalf of multiple organizations, the Partner Plan will allow you to assign Admins to different Clients (this is how your sub-organizations will be labeled in Apprentix). You remain the Primary Admin, and if you would like to have multiple admins for a Client, you would simply add a Program Sponsor as in the section above.
As the Primary Admin, you will have access to all Clients and all apprenticeships under each Client.
Clients will have access to only the apprenticeships under them. They will not have access to apprenticeships assigned to any other Clients.
IMPORTANT: The Primary Admin for your account retains billing access. The Apprenticeships and Program Sponsors do not have access to that.
