This option is only available to the Primary Admin.
From the Manage Portal
Go to Plan & Billing.
If you’re starting out on a Standard Plan, you will see the option to Become a Partner on the left, or you can also use the Upgrade button on the right.
If you would like to go from a Partner Plan to a Standard Plan, you will need to cancel your Partner plan account and create a new account as a Standard user. There is no way to go from a Partner to a Standard account as the functionality for the two account types is vastly different.
If you would like to downgrade from the Standard Plan to the Free Forever Plan, you can do so by clicking on the Downgrade Plan.
Note: The Free Forever Plan allows you to have 1 apprenticeship and up to 5 users. If you have more than 1 apprenticeship and/or more than 5 users, you will not be able to downgrade your plan till you archive all but 1 apprenticeship and remove all but 5 users.
