From the Manage Portal
Click on the Profile icon on the top-right corner.
Select My Account
Click on Log In Credentials
Click on the Pencil Icon to edit your password
When Locked Out:
Click "Forgot Password?"
Enter your email
Click on Forgot Password
Don't close it till you see the magenta bar at the top of the screen complete loading.
