Only Primary Admins can cancel an Apprentix subscription. Admins do not have billing rights and cannot cancel accounts.
There are two cancellation methods, depending on how your subscription is paid.
Scenario 1: Subscription Paid Through the Website
Log In → Go to the Apprentix login page and sign in with your primary email and password.
Open My Account → Click on your profile in the upper-right corner and select My Account.
Go to Subscriptions → Select the Subscriptions tab.
⚠️ This tab is only visible to Primary Admins who purchased directly through the website.
Cancel → Click Downgrade Plan to cancel your subscription.
Scenario 2: Subscription Paid by Invoice
If you don’t see the Downgrade Plan option under Subscriptions, your account is billed by invoice.
Request Cancellation → Include your company name and confirm that you are the Primary Admin.
Our team will process your cancellation and confirm by email.
✅ Once canceled, your billing will stop at the end of your current subscription period.
