This article will guide you through canceling your Apprentix subscription. There are two scenarios depending on how you signed up.
Scenario 1: Cancelling a Subscription Paid Through Our Website
Log In: Navigate to the Apprentix login page and enter your primary email address and password.
My Account: Click on "My Account" located in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
Subscriptions: Within "My Account", select "Subscriptions".
Downgrade Plan: Click on "Downgrade Plan" to cancel your subscription.
Scenario 2: Cancelling a Subscription Paid by Invoice
If you are the primary admin for your account and don't see the option to "Downgrade Plan" within "Subscriptions", this means your subscription is paid by invoice.
Contact Support: In this case, please send an email to our support team at [email protected] requesting cancellation of your subscription.
