This article will guide you through canceling your Apprentix subscription. Only Primary Admins are allowed to cancel the account. Admins cannot cancel accounts because they do not have billing rights.
There are two ways to cancel depending on how you pay for your subscription.
βScenario 1: Cancelling a Subscription Paid Through Our Website
Log In: Navigate to the Apprentix login page and enter your primary email address and password.
My Account: Click on "My Account" located in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
Subscriptions: Within "My Account", select "Subscriptions".
The "Subscriptions" tab is only visible to Primary Admins. If you do not see this tab, that means you are not a Primary Admin who paid for your subscription through our website.
Downgrade Plan: Click on "Downgrade Plan" to cancel your subscription.
Scenario 2: Cancelling a Subscription Paid by Invoice
If you are the Primary Admin for your account and don't see the option to "Downgrade Plan" within "Subscriptions", this means your subscription is paid by invoice.
Contact Support: In this case, please send an email to our support team at [email protected] requesting cancellation of your subscription.
