Pause your Apprentix account

Tech-only customers can pause Apprentix for up to 3 months. No billing, all data saved, resume anytime at your original subscription price.

We know projects can slow down or pause — and sometimes you don’t need your Apprentix subscription active. That’s why we offer a pause option for tech-only customers.


Pausing Policy

  • Available only to tech-only customers

  • Lets you temporarily stop your subscription without losing data


Duration

  • You can pause for up to 3 months

  • No subscription billing during the pause period


Data Retention

All of your information stays safe, including:

  • Account settings & configurations

  • Training plans & competencies

  • Apprentice data and records


Reactivation

Reactivating is simple:

  1. Log into your account

  2. Click Resume Subscription

  3. Your subscription reactivates immediately, and billing resumes on your next cycle


Pricing

  • You’ll keep your original subscription price when you resume

  • Pausing protects you from any future price increases
