Lets you temporarily stop your subscription without losing data
Duration
You can pause for up to 3 months
No subscription billing during the pause period
Data Retention
All of your information stays safe, including:
Account settings & configurations
Training plans & competencies
Apprentice data and records
Reactivation
Reactivating is simple:
Log into your account
Click Resume Subscription
Your subscription reactivates immediately, and billing resumes on your next cycle
