Required Information

  1. User’s Email

    • The email address you use to log in to Apprentix

  2. URL (Web Address)

    • Copy and paste the URL of the page where the issue occurred

    • This helps us pinpoint the exact apprenticeship or program you were working in

    • URLs typically contain an apprenticeship ID number that links directly to the relevant program

  3. Screenshots (Preferred)

    • Take clear screenshots showing the problem on your screen

    • Screenshots make it much faster for our team to diagnose the issue

If you cannot provide a screenshot, please include:

  • A step-by-step explanation of what you were trying to do
