Why does the Apprentice report and Transcript report show different completion percentages?

If you run the Apprentice report, you'll notice that the OJL completion percentage may be different than what you see in the Transcript report.

The discrepancy is due to the different parameters used to generate the reports.

If you run the Transcript report excluding pending evaluations, you'll get X% completion. If you run the Transcript report including pending evaluations, this would increase the completion percentage to X+Y%.

The Apprentice report does not have any parameters and considers only approved evaluations, excluding any pending ones. Therefore, it will show X% completion.

If you would like to match the Apprentice report and the Transcript report's completion percentages, toggle off the "Include pending evaluations" button like this:
