RAPIDS Setup

The RAPIDS Setup section in the Apprentix Compliance Center helps you configure your Registered Apprenticeship Program.

How to Set Up

  1. Log in to Apprentix and navigate to the Compliance Center.

  2. Select the RAPIDS setup tab.

  3. Answer the question about whether you have a registered apprenticeship program (toggle on for "Yes").

  4. Enter your RAPIDS ID numbers, which can be found using these instructions.

  5. Save your settings to ensure compliance tracking.

Why It Matters

For registered apprenticeship programs, entering accurate RAPIDS ID numbers is essential for compliance with Department of Labor requirements. This setup ensures your program is properly linked and tracked.

Note that only one set of ID numbers can be used per apprenticeship so if you will be using the RAPIDS Upload file to keep RAPIDS updated, you will need to create separate apprenticeships in Apprentix to account for different ID numbers in your reporting. This is needed if you have multiple occupations or multiple employers, for example.
