For Tech Platform Only Customers
Complete the setup steps in Apprentix.
When asked “Do you want to register your apprenticeship?” → select Yes.
Apprentix will automatically generate all required forms for you.
Download the completed forms and submit them to your state apprenticeship office.
👉 This eliminates the months-long back-and-forth you’d normally experience with state offices.
For Fractional Sponsor Customers
Sign the DOL’s Appendix D – Employer Agreement.
This form officially joins your company to Apprentix’s registered program.
Select the apprenticeship occupations you need from Apprentix’s list of DOL-approved trades.
Once signed, Apprentix handles the rest of the registration process on your behalf.
