Unassigned Role
You can use this account type to give your stakeholders limited access to Apprentix. You can also convert Unassigned users to program sponsors, Managers, Mentors, or Apprentices.
Steps
From the Manage Portal
Go to People
Click on Add Member
Select the Role of Unassigned from the dropdown menu
Fill out the rest of their information
Note: All users even unassigned ones get an email invitation to set up their account.
