In order to add historical data, you will need to take the following steps:
Add people - you will need to add each apprentice to Apprentix. They will receive emails to log in and finish creating their account.
Submit time - if you want to record the number of hours an apprentice has taken a course and/or worked on a competency, you will need to add time.
Evaluate competencies - if you want to record the competencies that the apprentice has completed, you will need to complete an evaluation.
By doing this for each apprentice, you will have completed the goal of adding the apprentices and bringing all of their historical data over.
