How to run the Transcript Report

This report provides a comprehensive overview of an apprentice's progress, including their performance in classes, on-the-job learning activities, and overall apprenticeship.

The Transcript Report is available in three formats:

  • PDF: A single file that includes all of the apprentice's data.

  • CSV: Split into two files: one for classroom learning and one for on-the-job learning.

  • DOC: To edit the apprentice's data even further.

From the Manage Portal

  1. Navigate to the Reports section

  2. Click on the "Transcript Report" tab

  3. You can run it for all apprentices, for a specific cohort, or for an individual apprentice

  4. Choose to include dismissed and suspended apprentices in the report if you choose "All" or "Cohort"

  5. Choose to include pending evaluations in the report

  6. Select the scope of the report and your report will generate

Note:

The Transcript Report will download and include the following: Name, Cohort, Apprenticeship Start Date, Apprenticeship End Date, Overall Performance, Performance in Classes, Performance on On-the-Job Learning Activities

The Transcript Report is a valuable tool for tracking an apprentice's progress and identifying areas where they need additional support. It is easy to use and provides a comprehensive overview of an apprentice's development.
