Yes: Apprentix will automatically complete all the required forms on your behalf and will allow you to download those forms in a Word document format to send to the appropriate apprenticeship agency.
No: No further action is required since you are selecting a Custom apprenticeship.

If you decided to create a Custom apprenticeship in Step 1
Decide if you want to turn your apprenticeship into one that is federally registered
Yes: Apprentix will automatically complete all the required forms on your behalf and will allow you to download those forms in a Word document format to send to the appropriate apprenticeship agency.
The forms required are different than if you selected a job that is already federally registered.
The process to create a new federally registered apprenticeship takes 6-12 months according to the Department of Labor.
