This article explains how to generate an apprenticeship agreement for an apprentice within the Apprentix manage portal.
From the Manage Portal:
Navigate to People
Locate the desired apprentice for whom you want to generate the agreement.
Click the context menu next to the apprentice's name. This will typically appear as three dots (...) next to the apprentice's name.
Select "Apprenticeship Agreement" from the context menu.
Generate the Agreement: The platform will take a moment to process the request and generate the agreement document.
Download the Agreement: Once generated, the agreement will be automatically downloaded to your computer. You can then access and review the document.
Note: The downloaded document will be a pre-filled agreement specific to the chosen apprentice.
