The Documents section of the Compliance Center simplifies the creation and management of documents for your apprenticeship program.

Key Features

  • Create Forms: Generate forms needed to register a new apprenticeship program directly within the platform.

  • Store Documents: Save apprenticeship agreements and other files in the Files tab for easy access.

  • Davis-Bacon Certificates: Upload Davis-Bacon certificates for prevailing wage jobs, set renewal dates, and receive reminders every 90 days to stay compliant.

  • Automated Storage: Signed apprenticeship agreements are automatically saved in the Files tab.

How to Use

  1. Log in to Apprentix and go to the Compliance Center.

  2. Select the Documents tab.

  3. Use the Create sub-tab to generate registration forms.

  4. Upload documents in the Files sub-tab.

  5. Set renewal and reminder dates for Davis-Bacon certificates to receive automated notifications in the Davis-Bacon tab.

Why It Matters

Proper document management ensures your program meets regulatory requirements, and automated reminders help you stay on top of renewals, such as Davis-Bacon certificates, which must be updated every 90 days.
