Q: What happens if I need more than 20 apprentices?
If you need additional apprentices, the fee schedule is:
1–20 apprentices → $13,000/year
21–50 apprentices → $18,000/year
51–100 apprentices → $23,000/year
100+ apprentices → Custom pricing
👉 Going from 20 to 21 apprentices adds $5,000/year.
👉 Going from 50 to 51 apprentices adds $5,000/year.
These figures are the total annual cost at each tier.
Premium Plan – $20,000/year (1–20 apprentices)
For contractors who also need their subcontractors covered

Q: What happens if we go over 20 active apprentices between us and our subcontractors?
Pricing is a flat fee for each tier of active apprentices:
1–20 apprentices → $20,000/year
21–50 apprentices → $25,000/year
51–100 apprentices → $30,000/year
100+ apprentices → Custom pricing
👉 Going from 20 to 21 apprentices adds $5,000/year.
👉 Going from 50 to 51 apprentices adds $5,000/year.

Optional Add-Ons (Fractional Sponsor Clients Only)
3-Day Expedite Service – $2,000 one-time fee
Skip the 2-week standard onboarding timeline
Choose your start date and have apprentices registered within 3 business days
Reciprocity Requests – $1,000 per state
Required when working in a state outside of Texas
Apprentix handles the full process with the state apprenticeship agency
Note: Processing time depends on state agencies; expedite services do not apply
Additional Occupations – $6,000 one-time fee per occupation
Apprentix will design and register additional occupations under our program
Occupations are structured to maximize state reciprocity

Multi-Year Pricing Discounts
Yes! Apprentix offers savings when you commit to a multi-year agreement:
2 years → 2.5% off
3 years → 5% off
4 years → 7% off
✅ Locking in a multi-year agreement not only saves money but also protects you from future price increases.
Important Notes
Expedite Service only applies to new Fractional Sponsor clients who want to select their own start date and be ready in 3 days.
Standard onboarding for Fractional Sponsor clients takes 2 weeks, starting on the first business day of the month.
Only 5 client spots per monthly cohort are available. If full, you can either wait for the next cohort or use the Expedite Service.
Reciprocity requests cannot be expedited, since state agencies set their own review timelines.
